If convicted actor Cuba Gooding Jr. faces up to a year in jail after ‘forcibly’ touching a woman at a nightclub. After a review of the footage from the nightclub which was posted by TMZ, I have no choice but to wonder where do we actually draw the line between reality and insanity in today’s society.
As the video clearly showed based on the body language of the inebriated star and his female guests, this was merely an innocuous touch on the knee of consenting friends or acquaintances.
Albeit Cuba appear to have reached for her chest area but it is aboslutely nothing to suggest alarming behaviour.
It is alarming these days how a woman can say anything about a man and it is believed without proper investigation been carried out. In the case of Cuba, it was evident that he rejected her advances and perhaps she felt the need to extort money of him.
His lawyer Mark Heller is confident the actor will come out unscathed on this one.
