Kelly Mary Fauvrelle has become the United Kingdom’s 64th murder victim after she suffered a fatal attack on Saturday 29th June in Thornton Heath, near Croydon.
Her baby was delivered at the scene of the attack as paramedics tried to keep the 26 year old alive.
Ms Fauvrelle went into cardiac arrest which she never recovered, she succumbed to her injuries a few hours later.
Police has confirmed that a 29 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. The mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, tweeted ‘Violence against women has no place in our city’. London’s knife crime epidemic is steadily on the rise as enquiries into what exactly lead into these tragic circumstances is well underway.
